This 2002 Ford F-150 BOSS Edition painted in Yellow with the Black stripes is a rare collector’s dream.
This 4X2 Regular Cab has only 85,042 miles on its numbers matching drivetrain.
The only engine option was the Ford Triton 5.4L V-8 EFI-SOHC (Awarded Ward’s Auto World “Ten Best Engines for 5 consecutive years”) which produces 260hp @ 4500 RPM and 350 lb.-ft. of torque at 2500 RPM mated to an automatic transmission w/ OD.
This BOSS has been taken a step further with a Supercharger, Borla exhaust system, and K&N air intake that makes it a thrill to drive and stand out against the others on the market. In the two-year run for this model 2002-03 only 500 examples were produced, and this particular BOSS is number 87 which is stated on a plaque on the driver’s side door jamb (Boss Owner’s Club Production Serial NO. 0087).
The interior is flashy and gives you the special edition feeling. Black leather with yellow piping split bench seating, custom black and yellow dash, yellow BOSS edition stitching in the headrest, and even a yellow custom steering wheel all make this one sharp interior.
